To claim a warranty repair, fill out our Warranty Claim Form and attach a copy of your original receipt.
All warranty reels will be subject to the discretion of our reel repair technicians who follow strict warranty guidelines.
- Ball bearings and washers are typically not covered under warranty.
- If you take apart the reel, it voids the warranty.
- If our technicians find corrosion inside the reel, it is not covered by warranty.
- Shipping to our location is not covered by warranty. However, shipping back to you may be covered by warranty.
Warranty covers REPAIRS ONLY – cleaning not included. If you would like your reel(s) to be cleaned as well, please clearly state that on your form, and the standard cleaning will be done with an appropriate fee.
