Q: Did you get my order, I got a confirmation number but didn’t get a e-mail.
A: Yes, our system has a direct link with our website, your confirmation number is all you need. We do NOT send out an email when you submit an order.
Q: I haven’t received my parts yet what should I do?
A: If it has been more that 7-10days please call and we will be happy to check on your order. Mon-Friday 9am-5pm (727)935-7258 Sometimes, depending on the order we are out of stock on your part(s) and we delay your order while we wait to re-supply.
Q: Is my part still available? It is for an older model reel?
A: In this case it is better to call than process an order online, discontinued parts obviously will not ship, When you call we can verify we have what you are looking for in stock. Please have your exact model number of your reel, and part numbers when you call.
Q: Do you backorder parts?
A: NO, we do not backorder parts, we try to ship all orders complete, if we cannot complete your order we will contact you by phone in a reasonable time period.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Please call us to modify or cancel any online order. Have your Confirmation number ready.
